Will SearchX Be Responsible For Holding Documents On Behalf Of Agencies For The Seven-Year Audit Period?

Our internal legal operation (SearchX Legal) is a registered Independent Legal Practice and it will hold the documents for 7 years. 

SearchX is not the statutory record-keeper. However, we provide agencies with a secure portal where all documentation is accessible and downloadable at any time for their compliance purposes.

No data should be kept on the agent’s system and we strongly recommend you delete historical data post sale (knowing that you will be able to come back and get access later on – if you need).
