Who Completes The Form In Special Cases?

  • Power of Attorney: The attorney completes the Vendor Questionnaire and signs the Form 2. The Form 2 and order will be under the vendor's name. The attorney’s phone and email should be used.
  • Deceased Estate: The executors complete and sign. If the title isn’t updated yet, agents can order the Form 2 using the executor's email and phone. SearchX will detect mismatches between Form 6 and searches.
  • Multiple Owners/Couples: All registered owners must sign. Only one vendor needs to complete the questionnaire.
