When Buyers Access The Disclosure Or Search Documents, Will Agents Or Admins Be Able To See How Many Times The Documents Have Been Viewed?

Yes. The Platform Logs Disclosure Access, Including Document Views By Recipients And Time-Stamped Access History.

We are just finalising a two factor verification method with the goal being:

  1. You will use one of your listing photos (on REA / Domain) to be a SearchX QR code;
  2. You should also put a link to the report in the listing text;
  3. When a buyer clicks on the link or scans the QR code, they will be taken to SearchX to view the Report. We ask for their name and email address and they press ENTER.
  4. We then send them an email and they need to verify their phone number to actually see the document.
  5. By implementing this, we have a buyer’s name, email and phone number for you to contact. 
  6. The best part about this is that it is free and captures those inquisitive buyers who don’t press the ‘Get in touch’ button on REA (because they don’t want to be spammed marketing) but they were looking at the property nonetheless.
