What’s Different About SearchX’s Body Corporate Process?

SearchX Provides This Service For $200, Not Focusing On Making A Margin From It, But As A Helpful Add-On Service To Ensure It Can Be All Facilitated Via The SearchX Process And Housed Within Our Ecosystem.

For BC properties, SearchX completes the usual Form 2 process plus:

  1. Gets the vendor's levies notice;
  2. Checks QBCC shared pool register;
  3. Obtains a CMS or BUGTA statement;
  4. Requests Form 18, 33 or 34 from the BC (must be signed by the BC).

Form 33 includes:

  • By-laws and exclusive use details
  • Allocations of common property
  • Balance sheet and payables
  • Owner obligations
  • Insurance certificate
  • Asset register

SearchX provides this service for $200, not focusing on making a margin from it, but as a helpful add-on service to ensure it can be all facilitated via the SearchX process and housed within our ecosystem. Some competitors may charge more. From 1 August 2025, 20+ pages will be annexed to BC contracts (Form 2 + Form 18/33/34).
