What to do if you receive an error when adding a user?

If you attempt to add a user and receive an error message stating they cannot be added:

1. Take a screenshot or a copy of the exact error message.

2. Email the details to support@search-x.com.au, including:

   • A copy of the error message

   • The email address/username you are trying to add

   • The main admin user the new user should be linked under

The support team will review and resolve the issue, or provide next steps if manual setup is required.
