What Is The Process When Only One Vendor Completes The Form, But The Ownership Details On The Title Search Show The Property Is Held In A Company, Trust, Or Super Fund?

Signing of the Form 2 must be done by all vendors. 

Completing and facilitating the process can be done by one vendor though – we don’t need two corporate trustees and an individual owner (where there are three owners) to all complete the questions, we just need them to sign.

As long as there is a signature from each Vendor, it is compliant.

In this situation, how should the Form 6 be updated?

The Form 6 will always need to reflect the correct legal entity (e.g. company/trust) as the vendor, not an individual. 

Best practice is just to put what is on the title search – which is what SearchX does also.
