SearchX charges a fixed fee: $895 for a standard listing, and $1,095 for a Body Corporate property. This covers all required searches from start to finish.
There is an additional option for a Statutory Warranty (Implied Warranties Statement) for an additional $300 per property; this is relative to the Contract, not the Form 2.
