Our platform is a tech-based solution, and while there's no commitment until payment is made, the process does rely on either an email or mobile number to send the questionnaire and payment link. If a vendor has neither, the agent may need to assist them in person to complete the form.

We will have a printable version of the questionnaire available in the Agent Toolkit that agents can complete with the vendor and then upload alongside the Form 6. However, payment still needs to be processed electronically, so we'll need to determine the best method for capturing payment in these situations. For now, it's essential that either an email or mobile number is provided to proceed - even if it is being sent to the person who is going to assist the vendor (i.e. the agent or a family member
