International Phone Numbers – Manual Order Process
Unfortunately, our system isn’t currently able to accommodate international phone numbers through the standard portal process.
If your Vendor has an international number, the order would need to be handled manually outside the system. Please note that manually submitted orders won’t appear in your portal - they are only accessible to our internal team.
✉️ To Proceed Manually:
Please email orders@search-x.com.au with the subject line:
Manual Order for [Property Address] - International Number
In the body of the email, please include:
- Full names of all Vendors
- Mobile numbers and email addresses for each Vendor
- The property address
Once received, our team will place the order on your behalf and liaise directly with the Vendor to complete the necessary steps. Once finalised, we’ll provide the report directly to the Vendor, and they can share it with you as the Agent.
🔁 Alternative Option – Direct Debit Submission
Alternatively, if your preference is to keep the process within your control, you're welcome to have the Vendor pay you directly, and you can submit the order via Direct Debit. In this case:
- Use the attached PDF version of the Vendor Questionnaire
- Have the Vendor complete it
- Email the completed form, along with the Rates and Water Notices, to orders@search-x.com.au
