What Happens If A Property Has Multiple Titles?

For Multi-Title Properties, Additional Charges May Apply

For multi-title properties, additional charges may apply - generally POA (Price on Application) per extra title. This is because each title requires:

  • A separate title search
  • An additional survey plan
  • Review of all applicable registers

If all lots fall under the same survey plan, we may be able to offer a custom POA price based on the specifics of the property.
