Our Service Includes Complimentary Develo Reports And ATO Clearance Certificates
As part of our service, we provide a number of complimentary searches to support agents and vendors through the disclosure process. These include the Develo Report and ATO Clearance Certificate.
- Develo Report - This is automatically generated and made available to download through the platform. This can be toggled off, once the report is completed if you do not wish to have it included.
- ATO Clearance Certificate - This can only be obtained once the client has submitted their Date of Birth, as we require their date of birth to lodge the request.
These documents are not included in the Form 2 Disclosure, as they are not mandated under legislation. However, they are all available for download from the platform should you or the vendor wish to access or provide them to the buyer’s solicitor.
Ultimately, these additional searches are there to enhance the process, not delay it. If the vendor completes all steps, you’ll have a more comprehensive information pack.
