Is There An "I Don't Know" Option In The Vendor Questionnaire On The SearchX Platform?

Previously there was an 'unsure' button, but questions have been simplified and are now supported by explanations and examples. A live chat function is being added and monitored by the SearchX Legal admin team. An "unsure/need help" button will likely be added, which will trigger a call from SearchX to walk the vendor through the questionnaire if needed.
