How Should We Manage The Separation Of Fund Flows Between Searches (Initiated At The Form 6 Stage) And Marketing (Campaign Management)?

When REIQ / QLD Government releases the updated form 6 on 1 July 2025 we will show you exactly how to complete the form.

You can itemise your marketing: 

  1. $xxxx for VPA; and
  2. $xxxx for SearchX Seller Disclosure Report.

This is most applicable if you are going to be putting it on the Form 6 and getting the funds from the vendor yourself, and then engaging and paying SearchX directly. 

If you don’t want to inflate your Form 6 VPA though, you don’t have to. You can just provide a brochure and information to them (perhaps even annex it to your Form 6) and then tell them the cost and process the order (with the vendor to pay direct) – both options are available.
