How Does Signing Work When There Are Multiple Owners On Title? Can Different Vendors Sign The Disclosure Separately?

The SearchX Vendor Questionnaire only needs to be completed once, and it can be completed by any one of the registered owners. Once the questionnaire is submitted and the disclosure report is generated, it will be sent for signing by all registered owners on title. 

Each vendor will receive their own unique link to review and sign the final Form 2 document, ensuring full compliance with the legislative requirement for all sellers to sign the disclosure statement.
