SearchX Legal will actively flag discrepancies during legal review. We hope for zero discrepancies – particularly in and around our checking of the searches. 

If there are discrepancies, they will likely come from the few vendor responses. 

If an agent becomes aware of an error, we will fix it and re-issue, as soon as we are notified.
