SearchX – Payment Options
Once You Are Registered On The Portal, You Will Have Two Options For Payment – Either Pushing Payment To The Vendor OR EzyCollect Direct Debit (If You Will Be Paying).
If selecting Vendor Pay
Once vendors are registered on the portal, they’ll have two payment options at checkout:

Credit Card via Stripe

Campaign Flow – Pay Later
If you’re collecting marketing fees directly into your trust or general account, you’ll need to set up Direct Debit (fortnightly via EzyCollect).
Please let us know if you will be registering with Ezy Collect, and we can then send you an invite to set up on your side to Register!
Once completed, our team will link this to your account so that an additional button appears on the SearchX Portal for your business, enabling orders to be seamlessly processed.
📌 Reminder: If not setting up Direct Debit, payment will be due at the time of order by the Vendor. Please advise us if your Agency will be requiring Ezy Collect registration.
If registering ezyCollect
To make things easier, we’re now offering a Fortnightly Direct Debit payment option for approved Agencies.
Please note, you will have the option to "PAY NOW" via Credit Card upon invoice through the system, but you must first be registered to access this option.
To get started, please follow the steps below:

We ask for these details so we can link your user login to your billing account in the backend of the portal. This ensures everything is correctly set up and invoices flow to the right place.
Once we’ve received this, we’ll send through your setup invite to register on your end.
After that, our team will activate your business profile in the system. Please note this may take up to 24 hours to become live.
