How are Pay Now/Pay Later funds handled?

Vendors can pay for their SearchX disclosure upfront or choose our Pay Later option through Property Credit, subject to eligibility and approval requirements. Alternatively, vendors may use their agency’s preferred Pay Later provider, where available.
