# If A Vendor Selects "Yes" To A Question, Can They Add More Detail?

Yes, in most cases a write-in field or document upload prompt will appear. If the answer can already be verified via a search, then the write-in is not required. However, if there’s no search to support the answer, a written explanation is requested. These answers are for agent knowledge. They may not appear on the Form 2, but buyers will almost always ask about any "yes" answers.
