Do all Admins and users on an order get the notifications? Currently it s the Admin only, but will the Agents also receive email and SMS notifications if the order has been Shared with’ them?
Yes. Any user who has either submitted an order or has an order ‘Shared with’ them will receive notifications for those specific orders.
