Are Form 2 Seller Disclosure Statements Needed For Businesses & Leasehold?

For the sale of a leasehold business (with no freehold included), a Form 2 Seller Disclosure Statement is required but it will only relate to the real property aspect of a sale. The Form 2 will not require disclose the business particulars, goodwill, stock, or other business-specific components.
